From finding great talent and supporting Managers in dealing with employee relations issues, to designing in-house development programmes, our HR team supports end-to-end people management. We have retail and Head Office teams – and both have a unique influence on delivering our Brand vision. Retail teams are field-based, spending time in-store and working with the store management teams – while our Oxford Circus flagship has its own in-house HR team.
Leading a range of projects, our HR, Recruitment and L&D Managers work with our Leadership team as trusted advisors within their area of expertise. Supporting complex employee issues, leading our recruitment strategy, designing our in-house development offer – these Managers are responsible for a varied workload that makes a huge impact on the business.
Our HR, Recruitment and L&D Officers are involved in a range of different areas of people management, from advising and supporting Managers in dealing with employee issues, to recruiting for vacancies and delivering development workshops. Our Officers are always looking for innovative ways to improve HR’s support for the business.
The customer face of HR, our HR and Recruitment Assistants are the first point of contact for most employee queries. Their roles are varied, from supporting new starters and co-ordinating our benefits administration to managing the entry level recruitment process.
